high latency in Windows 11

With typometer I always measure at least 28-30ms, no matter which editor (notepad, sublime, cmd.exe,...) I try. With Windows 10 I can easily get down to 14-16ms, i.e. one frame at 60hz, which seems reasonable. Does anyone know if there's something you can do to reduce the latency in Windows 11?
