Relay as "Unknown device"

I have 2 HID relays connected to one PC (Windows 7). They've different IDs. Often, one of them is displaying as an "unknown device" in the Device Manager and I can't connect to it. Sometimes, unplugging and plugging a USB cable or computer reboot helps but not always... The problem is always with only one relay. The second one is fine. I used the problematic one as the only connected relay for a few years without any issues. They started only after connecting also second one. Any suggestions?
