Provider changes seem to have broken the sample

Try the sample against live and it doesn't work, you get an error from the provider suggesting they are having problems but if you log in to account.live.com directly in a browser it works.

Facebook throws a different error about application permissions.

Google lets me log in and I authorise the app but then the app fails to detect authorisation.
