geonode debian, do not properly start

Open jvaldezch opened this issue 14 years ago • 0 comments

I recently install geonode using Debian package, everything seems to be fine at the beginning I can access http://localhost, explore GeoNode Maps and even load separated GeoServer 2.0.2 layers, on the same machine. But the thing gets weird when restarting.

When visiting http://localhost I get message "It works" not GeoNode welcome page. I have to manually start Apache2 by using sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 start, and now I get GeoNode Welcomer screen, so far no problem with that.

Then I setup some GeoServer extensions and librarys (imageio-ext and ImagePyramid) on GeoServer 2.0.2 dir geoserver/WEB-INF/lib/, and after restarting Tomcat6, I get on the http://localhost - 500 Internal server error, and on http://localhost:8080/manager/html the two GeoServer applications are gone!... No WAR files seems to be loaded.

Can anybody help me with this? Thanks!
