@pinkisemils Does Wireguard's app use Apple's VPN API? Because, as mentioned, these problems don't occur when connecting through the Wireguard app (to mullvad servers)

This is the same for me. `prefer_mpv=no` seems to be required in `mpv_thumbnail_script.conf`. Both ffmpeg and mpv are in PATH.

I created a PR #5434 to hopefully address this issue. It's my first PR on this repo. I hope I did it correctly. Meanwhile, until/unless that PR is accepted, here's...

just an update, this was fixed with #5434 and merged in [v1.22.4](https://github.com/ddev/ddev/releases/tag/v1.22.4)

I see this is on the roadmap as "ready", and I'm curious whether there's a general ETA for this feature at this point?
