Support for snare buzz/closed roll

Hi Paul Thanks for the great tool. Appreciate all the hard work.

I'm looking for a way to display a snare buzz/closed roll. Is there a way to customise the stems to add a Z, or will there be support for this in the future?

I don't think there is a decoration defined for that in the ABC standard. It seems like !z! would be a good choice, though. I don't have time to add that for a while but I'd accept a PR.
