When OBS does not have focus, and when it is performing well, it uses ~5% CPU. When OBS has focus, and when it is performing bad, it uses ~3% CPU.

Process has affinity on all cores of my AMD 5900 [non-X] CPU. Interestingly, changing the process priority to `Above Normal` or `High` causes even the non-focused mode to perform poorly....
