CPU编码CQ转换的BUG

经过多次尝试这种问题在CQ1、无GPU硬件加速的情况下才会触发，[最大限度]的多少无关
在播放的前5到10秒左右无法播放，一直保持定格状态，可以听到声音 这种视频放到Obsidian是无法正常播放的，放到网页也一样。要注意视频文件是AV1编码
CQ15降低了画质，就不会出现这种问题了，之前CQ1不会这样的。上方视频是有数据的，只不过网页无法直接播放。
