Hi, how can I enable hardware acceleration on my M4 mac for H265? For some reason it's greyed out. It works fine in handbrake...

Oh I didn't try it! It's very new ;-)

Does it worked before Tahoe? I will try to run some tests when I get the time for downloading this OS version.

But maybe it doesn't work because of the Beta version of the OS. Paul.

Sorry, this is the first time I’ve used shutter encoder, so wouldn’t know if it worked on the previous OS.

Actually, yesterday I also updated to Tahoe, and this problem arose before it was working fine.

Oh, and I wanted to tell this guy about it too, haha! You were the first to arrive, so I’m the Reddit person here. How do you remember all these details? You’re a lifesaver! @paulpacifico
