Problems with .deb package instalation

Hello.

Tried to install deb package and got error:

dpkg-deb: error: --control takes at most two arguments (.deb and directory)

Type dpkg-deb --help for help about manipulating *.deb files; Type dpkg --help for help about installing and deinstalling packages.

My OS: Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon
