[Bug] UI not rendering

Interface is not visible. The bug is reproduced on version 17.2, on 17.1 it is not reproduced. The bug reproduces regardless of whether the program is running on a built-in or discrete video card (I have a laptop).

Windows 11 OS build 22621.1848. Discrete graphics: nvidia rtx 3060 mobile, integrated: amd radeon vega 8
