According to the documentation HARDENED_OFFSET should be a static property of HDKey class: https://github.com/paulmillr/scure-bip32/blob/2274f2f42c5382dd08aab747ba7c8686322e706d/README.md?plain=1#L56

But HARDENED_OFFSET is exported as named export https://github.com/paulmillr/scure-bip32/blob/2274f2f42c5382dd08aab747ba7c8686322e706d/index.ts#L26
