When I run `grunt-ts` in a setup with `grunt-contrib-watch`, the fast compile does not work. Every time a file is changed, I see the following message: ``` Cleared fast compile...

Feat: Replace `node-sass` with Dart `sass`

Fixes #28

`sass` is a stand-in replacement for `node-sass` which is pure JS rather than relying on native binaries. It is faster in practice, and much faster to install in a project.
