WebGAC for monodevelop

Are there plans to support monodevelop? Im trying to use monodevelop as replacement for visual studio but it does not come with support for external dependencies.

Not at this stage I'm afraid. The IDE plugin could probably be replicated into MonoDevelop, but the MSBuild plugin is very dependent on the internal structure of the build targets within MSBuild that I don't believe are replicated within MonoDevelop/XBuild.
