Improve Colorpicker

Improve colorpicker to pickup rgb and rgba values. Currently only picks up hex values so if you enter a rgb value and then open the colorpicker it defaults to #000000.

Step to replicate:

  1. enter rgb value in text-shadow
  2. open the colorpicker - defaults to #000000
