suppress SLF4J warning in bonecp mysql example

bonecp uses slf4j so we get an error.

how do we handle this? probably just adding the slf4j -> log4j connector will mean that people can use either commons logging or slf4j and get good results so long as they don't try to use something that isn't log4j.
