Possible bugs with permalinks disabled

Hello. I have made an award and have given it to a user called aled2305. When I visit "http://mydomain.com/?achievement=information-resources" it says Unlocked my aled2305. But when I go to "http://mydomain.com/?author=2/achievements" it will just show aled2305's posts or "Nothing Found It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help." in this case as there are no posts by this user.
