Add highlight for WinSeparator

Nvim is deprecating VertSplit and moving to WinSeparator for window borders in 0.10. By default, WinSeparator links to normal which does not look great for most colorschemes.

Hey I didn't anticipate anybody using this theme tbh and was therefore inactive on this repo. I would be happy to transfer ownership if this repository to someone else who would be more active in maintaining it
