Merging node-esp, fork with more features

Hi there! I wanted to let you know of a fork of this project I have been working on, node-esp. I added some features like firmware flashing support, terminal output, and some additional commands.

I needed some of this features and was easier for me to work on a separate code base, as this project seemed a bit stale.

The source code is moving more and more away from the original code base. It seems a waste to have two projects that do similar things.

I think we could merge the projects and create a new project with a repository.
