Improve SEO for site

Hey @paulcsmith ! I know you are interested in making Crystal / Lucky more popular, so I think it would help to improve the SEO of crystalmaster.io. I clicked around the site, and here's a short list of things that I think could help make crystalmastery easier to find:

• Add something more descriptive to all page <title>s, like "Learn Crystal Online" or "Crystal Language Screencasts". So your "Requiring Files" episode's title would be Requiring Files - Learn Crystal Online - Crystal Mastery
• Make episode titles more descriptive. Rather than "Intro to Modules", something like "Understanding the basic of Modules in Crystal", with a short description that describes exactly what you teach in the episode. (I see some episodes are more descriptive than others).
• Add a banner / header to every page, that has a slogan or description of the site. "Railscasts for Crystal" or something that clearly describes what the site is about. Otherwise, landing on the homepage, or any episode page, it's not very clear what the site is about.
• Slug-ify your URLs. https://www.crystalmastery.io/episodes/4 => https://www.crystalmastery.io/episodes/4-requiring-files
