Fixed issue with select lists rendering as text areas

This is my second week of RoR development so not sure on the best way to add tests for this but it got it working for me.

Updated to include both the options and the saved value.

... I'm a little ambivalent of this because it changes the admin interface to be, I believe less usable. E.g. you can't initially see options for lists...

if you can give me a good argument, I'll reconsider.
