Chore tracking records time in GMT, ignoring server timezone offset. I found a similar bug in pygrocy which may help

~~This might actually be a upstream bug with grocy, since I seem to get it with the web client? Though less noticeable?~~ Ignore that, was getting confused with the start date. I will update this issue later with screenshots
