FormControl - Update spacing between select toggle and status icon

Describe the enhancement or change Followup to comment https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/pull/6507#discussion_r1678632508. The spacing between the two icons in form control select is pretty large and could/should be reduced down a bit. The aforementioned comment details one way to go about it.

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
