MenuToggle - add aria-haspopup prop

Describe the feature As a followup to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/6561 we should add an aria-haspopup prop to MenuToggle (with a default value of "menu") andupdate examples/demos accordingly -- Select will need a value of "listbox", any other cases of MenuToggle may need a value other than the default or "listbox" depending on the implementation.

Are there visuals for this feature? If applicable, please include examples for each state and for varying widths Include screenshots or links to Marvel or other mockups.
