Describe the problem TypeaheadSelect template - isCreatable - text input is updating strangely after creating an option, some state is updated late probably, there is also a large useEffect so the issue might be there.

This is definitely still an issue, as you can see on the live example site (https://www.patternfly.org/components/menus/select/react-templates). I'm having a similar issue where modifying the initialOptions does not seem to immediately update the current value in the textbox, despite the issue being marked closed in #10789
