Bug - [Truncate] - middle truncate renders wrong in some cases

Describe the problem When you truncate with a certain number of trailing chars using the middle variant, it has this strange effect where chars are duplicated.

Expected behavior It should not be truncating if number of chars is less than the trailing chars param

Is this issue blocking you? remove the trailing char param
