Improve documentation around deprecation

Need info about deprecation - how long a component will be deprecated, etc Maybe can put this info in the deprecated alert.

Also, information about what to replace it with should be somewhere. For example, chip is deprecated and the replacement should be to use a label. Right now I don't think there's any place that spells that out.

Also, just generally what deprecation means should be included.
