Define updated PatternFly visual language

Define the foundational visual language to drive design of other PatternFly elements. Visual language should include:

  • color palettes,
  • typography,
  • icons,
  • themes,
  • borders/shadows,
  • layout/spacing

Document these decisions in an initial style guide that can be applied to create components moving forward.
