Chatbot: Custom Workspace

[From Mark] A custom workspace in PF Chatbot is a dedicated environment where users can organize and manage their AI-related resources. When creating a new workspace, users start with an empty setup, consisting of the following:

Chats: Where interactions with AI models are logged and stored.
Prompts: Customizable questions or instructions designed to guide AI responses.
Files: Documents or data that can be used to inform AI responses or workflows.
Assistants: Pre-built or custom AI assistants tailored for specific tasks.
Tool Library: A collection of tools users can integrate into their workflows.

Each workspace can be uniquely named, allowing users to create multiple personalized environments for different projects. In the future, these workspaces will be sharable across projects or teams, facilitating collaboration and more efficient AI-driven workflows.

Note: This feature needs to go through research and design prior to development
