How do I add extra panels (e.g. scss)

I'd like to be able to provide extra panes/panels in the sg-modal area. Most usefully I'd like to be able to show the scss file content as an extra tab.

Ideally I'd like to place a download link somewhere in the modal area that downloads a zip of the Twig file and the scss file

Any pointers?
