Leave editor unchanged when expanding/collapsing an entry in the outline

In my opinion, the editor should not change focus or cursor when the user clicks on the collapse/expand icon of an entry in the outline. This allows the user to review the outline without losing their current position in the editor pane.

BTW This is great, thank you for developing this. My biggest problem with Code was the lack of outline, and your extension already has more promise than the Tree Viewer plugin.

I wholeheartedly agree but this is unfortunately not something we can currently control. Let's keep this open and see where VSCode takes its custom tree view support.
