HTML files should have body expanded by default + tree view should stay expanded after lost tab focus

HTML files should have body expanded by default

When I open an HTML file, I first need to click the HTML tag, and then the body tag to see the overview of my HTML file.

It would be better for me if HTML files had body expanded by default.

Tree view should remember changes after lost tab focus

Whenever I expand something, go to another tab, and go back, the tree view is collapsed again.

It would be better if the extension could remember what's been expanded, also after users have navigated to other tabs.
