Outline in separate panel with configurable location

Personally I would like to have it on the right side and keep tree view open on the left at the same time.

Same here, no such API in VSCode though :(

But is it possible to do the same way as for example tree-view and open editors are displayed. I mean, personally for me, it would be more comfortable to see methods always I work with files and also see file tree at the same time

@lykhouzov You can use the new outline view that comes with VSCode 1.24. Right-click the header of the Explorer panel and enable "Outline".
