[BUG] Bottom axis item placer spacing doesn't affect ticks

How to reproduce

Use bottom axis item placer with custom spacing.

Observed behavior

Tick appeared for all steps while label correctly respect spacing value.

Expected behavior

Tick should only appear every n spacing.
