I've got an issue with the Cyrillic symbols with the length greater than 16

select msgpack_decode(msgpack_encode(jsonb_build_object(
    'name', 'йцуке нгш щзхъфыв'
)));

Interesting, but if you remove just one symbol, the string will converts correctly:

select msgpack_decode(msgpack_encode(jsonb_build_object(
    'name', 'йцуке нгш щзхъфы'
)));

With the 17 symbols I've got an invalid result:

{"name": true}

But should be:

{"name", "йцуке нгш щзхъфыв"}
