Handling RTL Direction

rating should be from right to left in case of the app is in arabic or any rtl language

Thank you for filing this. I definitely agree. Sadly, short of the work to get it off the retired Component Store, I haven't been working on this control in a long time, so it may not get addressed quickly. If you happen to feel like looking into a solution for this, presumably in the LayoutSubviews method, I would definitely review a pull request.

Thank you for quick response I use your library and notice that in the app I work on I try to open source code of library to handle it but I can't.
