Add more cells

The code provides some basic drawing functions such as rectangles, but it relies on the existance of cell generators. These need to be written. Anything that is needed for layout (inductors, capacitors, optical components, diodes, transistors, text etc.) is welcome. If any drawing functions are missing I can add them.
