panelpi disconnected

What do I have to do for panelpi to connect? It appears disconnected and I have everything well wired, should I configure something? I appreciate the help. Thank you panelpi

IMG_20190816_140602 IMG_20190816_134609 Continuity is checked on all dupont cables. purple and black are connected to 5v, white is GND, brown gpio14 and red gpio15 I think everything is well connected but it does not detect it, do I have to configure
