Draggable layers don't bring child layers with them

Because the corresponding DOM nodes for the child layers aren't actually nested.

Actually, this is probably because I have a draggable in only one state but not the other. I guess this is what you mean by "nesting should be stateful".

Do you have an example of this? Could you integrate it into the test file? Seems that should work actually.
