Popularity tab excludes Google Fonts

I think this is due to their execution time being zero but should we still include in this tab? Or make it clear this is only "Popular third parties with execution time"?

Thanks Barry for filing! This is WAI-ish as the entire project was focused on JS execution time when the site was built. Definitely agree the shift since then hasn't been reflected in the public site.

I had a contractor working to correct this and refocus the site on all 3P requests but development has been slow. If you have a recommendation for clearer comms on this in the meantime, happy to merge a smaller PR :)
