Does not exist anymore and a new dictionary format will be introduced in 0.5 anyways. Closing as stale thus.

Can reproduce this, but cnanot figure out why it happens. On Gboard ProtonPass sends 3 suggestions, but for FlorisBoard only 1 pinned. (See image)
