Adding Dockerfile

Hello!

~~I am trying to add a Dockerfile to run this within a container. This loads up and extracts the metadata + cover art, but then hangs on generating timecodes. I see the CPU usage is zero, so wanted to see if maybe you had some insight?~~

Ok, it just didn't really have an indication. This works!

I wanted to build this in isolation so this does exactly that via a dockerfile. Just noting that it took ~30mins to run this
