Errors running collab

I keep getting an error related to installing common packages. I see the warning in the dependencies instructions, but it seems that even if I press cancel and wait for it to be done before restarting the session I still get the same errors- I wonder if something has changed?

This error happens when I try to run the collab on an A100 instead of a t4.
