Links on the website

[Vampire]

There are a few links to Google+ on the website. Google+ is long dead, this gives the impression the project is dead too. Well, maybe it is, as the last commit was 3 years ago, but this can be hidden better. :-D

On the other hand, there is nowhere a link to the GitHub project to easily find the sources.
