Can you resolve the DCO requirement as that is required to be able to merge?
How about tail then logs-to-metrics as you say? I think the docs are just cautioning you and probably need updating now the feature has been in for a while.
Feel free to send a docs PR, it's all OSS :)
Are they down? Is that the right config for them? Are those IPs and ports routable from wherever you are running FB? Debug images can be used to test this...

This may be down to the PR here: #9949 It is the only change since last release.
Presumably @davidlawson83 @vnovakovic-godaddy it functions for newly added repos but not for existing repos, it's down to the change in origin/label which seems to be required to resolve that other...
