corrupted size vs. prev_size while consolidating

I seem to get the error or warning corrupted size vs. prev_size while consolidating after running my equinox / jax programs. I am running... jax[cuda12] version: 0.7.0 equinox version: 0.13.0 and I believe it is the same exact issue described by this jax github issue. https://github.com/jax-ml/jax/issues/30731 Is this an issue on the equinox side that needs a bug fix? Or is this some kind of bug on the jax side? I just wanted to post this issue in case others stumble across this.
