error building in ubuntu 19.04

Hi,

I suppose the only tested ubuntu version you compiled the book on is 16.04 but for the record, here is the issue i am facing when trying to compile it under ubuntu 19.04 :

Using the following flags: -N --smart --no-tex-ligatures --toc --standalone --preserve-tabs -V documentclass=scrbook -V papersize=a4 -V links-as-note -S --latex-engine=xelatex --smart/-S has been removed.
