Config settings do not sync to cloud

JetBrains has a cloud sync for all settings. For most things this just works, but it doesn't work at all for this plugin. It is the only plugin I have to setup for every project, and that means I am constantly setting it. It consumes a LOT of time over thousands of iterations.

I don't currently have bandwidth to learn Java(?), or JetBrains plugin development, but hopefully someone will be able to pick this up!
