Other layouts

I've got a ton of other layouts in KLA format if you're interested.
Also other form factors (Matrix and ErgoLinear).

Okay, let me package them up. One issue is that we changed your naming structure. eg QWERTY file is called qwerty.en.ansi.json
If you want the newer form factors I'll need to include some Javascript, but this was not "in repo" so it's not as simple as submitting a pull request. There are also slight differences between my versions of the ErgoLinear and Matrix and Den's version,he has two extra keys I think, which are not actually used. But it means the json files are not entirely compatible.

First batch for you to look at. Possibly I can write a script to rename or fix them to your naming format. Gathered from around the web and assorted old patents.
I also have my own modifications to a few of these, which fixed what I considered to be obvious mistakes, and which consequently got better scores on the evaluators. I have not included those.
There's also assorted layouts in ANSI done by myself and Den... think it better to keep those in a separate file. Many were "dev" so won't include those either.
