Add badges to serverview.py

In https://github.com/pathmann/pyTSon/blob/master/ressources/python/ts3widgets/serverview.py#L1261 you already made a comment about that but it seems like you didnt put them in.

I won't waste time implementing this. IMHO if there is one nonsense feature in ts3, it's the badges thing.

I wasn't requesting it because i think the feature is great but for the sake of completeness. Im gonna look if i can do a PR for you
